SCOPE OF WORK

  • To design and erect load bearing platform for 80 tons steel bridge assembly.
  • To design assemble safe access and safe working space for installation workers. Load bearing platforms should also provide vertical support for vertical bridge elements.
  • Assemble duration had to be completed in very strict and small area of construction site. Dismantling of shoring to the bottom of the bridge must be done in one day.
  • Short assembly time. Safe working scaffold and access points at all heights and on all working areas, fast and safe assembly of Layher scaffolding technology.
  • Individual design. Realization of the required architectural design.
  • Cost-effective and practical complete solution from one source (design, material, workforce). Reliable support for workload and cost planning.
  • Efficient execution and optimized on-site material requirements and organizational support provided by the Prorentus project manager on the jobsite.
  • Systems used: Layher TG-60, Allround.
  • The crane was used for assembly of this structure. All structure was designed and pre assembled on the ground and partly lifted by crane in situ place.
  • All scaffolding assembling and material is Prorentus Ltd responsibility.The support of the same engineer that designed the structure was leading all the project to assure that the same model would be assembled on the construction site.
  • Fast and professional assembling provided by Prorentus Ltd. Patented Layher TG-60 shoring system was key factor for success. By making all design and planning works and BIM environment.
