Slabs have different heights of concrete beams which needs to be formed with formwork and falsework. One of the slabs has thickness of 2.5 m.

Prorentus engineers chose to use Layher TG-60, Allround, Allround FW, Ischebeck aliuminium H20 beams, Paschal wooden H20 beams, MiTek wooden trusses in this project.

SCOPE OF WORK

  • Slabs have different heights of concrete beams which needs to be formed with formwork and falsework. One of the slabs has thickness of 2.5 m.
  • Height of falsework up to 11 m.
  •  Arranging 1300 sq.m of technically challenging and difficult beams slab in different levels of heights with a safe working requirements.
  • Managing support of high loads of thick slabs.
  • Prefabricated wooden boxes of MiTek came to construction site and was placed in situ for quicker assembly.
  • All assembling and safety installations are provided by Prorentus Ltd.
  • All scaffolding assembling and bearing capacity is ensured by Prorentus Ltd.
  • Systems used: Layher TG-60, Allround, Allround FW, Ischebeck aliuminium H20 beams, Paschal wooden H20 beams, MiTek wooden trusses. 
  • Fast and profesional assembling.
  • All assembling and safety installations are provided by Prorentus Ltd. The customer does not have to take care of maintenance of the scaffolding. 
  • All scaffolding assembling and bearing capacity is responsibility of Prorentus Ltd.
  • There is on-duty project manager or logistic supervisor in logistic unit for fast response of changes in construction site.
