Marius Jankevičius is Prorentus operation manager. He is very much experienced in many construction qualifications. He is actively participating in STATREG competence evaluation processes. Recently during the evaluation he was very much surprised that he found so many well expertized specialists in just one company YIT.
Marius and other examiners were wondering where is this all knowledge from? According to all of them, the strictest teachers were their own mistakes and work failures. The two assessors are members of the examination board of the Builders Vocational Training Center and have been assessing the young builders themselves for several years, but they were so modest during the examination. However, co-workers do not spare kind words and confidence in the professionalism and personal qualities of their leaders. This is probably the basis of a good working environment.
